Return Policy

At Malinto, we want you to love your new tech accessories. If you’re not entirely satisfied, our 30-day return policy covers you. Yes, that’s right – any purchase, any reason, within 30 days.

Items eligible for return or exchange must be unused (no scuffs, scratches, or signs of wear) and returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included. The original product box must be intact, ensuring that your return meets our standards.

Should you wish to return or exchange an item due to a mishap on our part or a defect, please reach out to our support team at support@malinto.com.

United States

For returns within the United States, a flat $5.00 USD fee is deducted from your refund or exchange credit to cover return shipping costs. Upon initiating a return, you’ll receive a QR code or prepaid return label for convenience.

Start a Return or Exchange

  • Visit our Return Center, entering your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
  • After submitting your request, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label or a QR code, along with detailed instructions on how to return your items.
  • Allow 1-2 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued upon receipt of your return. For exchanges, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.

International

For orders outside the United States, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your items reach us without issues.

Start an International Return

  • Head to our Return Center, provide your order number and email address.
  • You’ll receive instructions for mailing your items back to our warehouse in the United States. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • After your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.

Refund Policy

We do not refund the original shipping fee, except in instances of shipping errors on our part. Your refund will include the full value of the returned items, plus applicable sales tax, less any discounts applied at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received, processed, and restocked.

Exchange Policy

If you opt for an exchange, your new order will be processed after we receive your returned item(s). If there’s a price difference, and you owe a balance on the exchange, you’ll need to settle this prior to shipping. Conversely, if you’re due a refund as part of the exchange, it will be handled per our Refund Policy.
