Shipping Policy

Do you ship worldwide & how much is shipping cost?

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping options might be available until further notice.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We are unable to ship our products to a P.O. Box or an AFO/APO address.

Do you offer tracking for my order?

Yes,every order comes with a tracking number so you will have a piece of mind from package shipped to delivered. It normaly takes up to 3 days for your tracking status to update. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation or you have any questions about your order, send us an email at support@malinto.com.

Given some shipping carriers experience unexpected delays in transit or in providing tracking details, your patience and understanding in advance would be much appreciated.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You should receive an automatic email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you need more detailed information, send an email at support@malinto.com and we'll help you out!

How long is the order processing time?

It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.

After your payment is verified, it normally takes 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment. This includes checking the stock of your order, conducting a thorough quality inspection, etc.

Processing time excludes weekends and holidays. and it may be extended during launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.Please note that for custom made products, processing time would be even longer to customize the products.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please send an email to us at support@malinto.com immediately and attach your name and order number. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why was my order canceled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again.

What are your shipping times?

Estimated shipping time varies by country, shipping method, seasonality. And note that weekends and statutory holidays are not included in calculating shipping time.

While most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. For this reason we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

United States(excluding Minor Outlying islands): 8 - 14 days

United Kingdom: 6 - 10 business days

Australia: 8 - 12 business days

Canada: 10 - 20 businesss days

Rest of countries: 20 - 30 business days

 

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please notify our team ASAP through email at support@malinto.com.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

If you ordered different items together, you might receive each of them in separate packages that arrive in different time with different tracking numbers. If you ordered multiple of the same item, they will ship together. Feel free to send us an email if you have any question concerning this.

International Taxes & duties

If you've placed an order outside of the United States, your order may be subject to custom fees, taxes and import duties. Please contact your local postal service or customs office to learn more about how your country charges taxes and duties.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not held liable for any additional fees that your country may charge for importing goods. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. These fees are set by you local postal service or customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

There may be rare occurrences where customs will delay the transit time of some packages.

Lost / Stolen Packages

We are NOT liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen/lost packages are nonrefundable. However, we will do whatever we can do contact the shipping carrier and faciliate the communication.

If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
